If your order is placed before 2:00 pm EST on a Business Day [Monday through Friday, excluding holidays] we will make every attempt to ship out the same day. We can only guarantee arrival on an exact Delivery Date if you choose Next Business Day or Second Business Day options.
Next Business Day - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive on the next business day.
Second Business Day - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive on the second business day.
Standard Ground - If you order before the shipping cutoff and request delivery within the continental United States, your item should arrive within 4-5 business days in the US.
Saturday delivery available upon request for an added fee, otherwise there are no Weekend deliveries.

What is the return policy?
We will honor returns for any reason for up to 10 days from the order date. There will be a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping. Returns caused by incorrect addresses furnished by you will incur rerouting fees.
